Coach Zach, aslo known as ‘Speedy Z’ brings a wealth of knowledge to the PBAC team. An accomplished athlete himself, Coach Zach understands what it takes to compete at the top level.
Coach Zach completed his Level 1 Community coach course in 2017 and has been coaching ever since. Zach is currently coaching a squad of athletes from a range of different sporting backgrounds – athletics, football, bobsled.
Zach is passionate and enthusiastic about encouraging his athletes. He has worked with several elite footballers and soccer players to improve their general speed and acceleration. He is interested in learning different techniques that he can implement into his sessions as he progresses.
