The middle distance program is developed by Personal Best Head Coach, Michael Dooley. It is suitable for those wanting to build fitness for general health, or to improve endurance in ball sports such as netball, rugby league or soccer.
Elite/ high performance programs are led by the Personal Best Head Coach, Michael Dooley. Elite training sessions focus on:

- Improving endurance
- Strength and conditioning
